Our NYC TENANT’S RIGHTS FORUM is an open-invite for meaningful dialogue on the rapid erosion of Affordable Housing caused by diminishing Regulated apartments & its effects on NYC’s working-class.

Create your Organization’s Chatroom Page here in our NYC Tenant’s Rights Forum: - share information, events, conduct polls and meetings within your group, as well as network with other neighboring-groups. You can publish your work & efforts, and do your fund-raising across the platform. 

Message to Regulated Tenants: 

Create a Chatroom Page for your building here, and invite fellow-tenants of the building to share information on building services & Tenant’s Rights. This helps to ensure that no tenant is abused, harassed, or overcharged; and that you all receive the legally Required Services which are included in the Rent you pay every month.
